Once clearances are completed please submit them electronically to either the APC or AES school offices. Retain a copy of your clearances for your records.

It is a PA State Law that all adult volunteers (age 18+) in a school setting must obtain their clearances, and must renew, at least, every 5 years.
If your clearances are not on file, you WILL NOT be able to volunteer for school activities including, but not limited to class parties, field trips, book fairs, library and other special events.
